The environment of the hotel was more like being at home; cozy, very clean, efficient services, great heating and most of all responsive and caring staff! The manager was very good along with front desk staff (Hamit, Batur) who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They gave sound tips to help our visit trips around the city...and at times provided excellent complimentary Turkish tea& coffee in the lobby! They have excellent toilets with fully running warm water both in the taps & showers! Good qualty Hairdryer available! Cleaner was exceptionally good lady (Tarun)!

The location is perfect. Metro is walking distance and plenty of area to see nearby. Also the staff was very helpful and polite from the moment we get in the hotel. I travel a lot, and when you compare to the city hotels in other European countries, the size of the room, the cleanliness, is far ahead of them. Also, the breakfast is far more good than I expected. I highly recommend the hotel and thanks for their hospitality.

The three people in the reception were so helpful and the lady who prepares the excellent breakfast options (including pancakes!) was very attentive to my requests. The room was spacious and well kept which was perfect for my extended stay. Great location and value, will recommend to others visiting the city.
